We are looking forward to receiving you at our Annual Board Meeting, for which you will find enclosed a detailed agenda and position paper.

The meeting is convened on 23 November, in Jo'burg, Diamond Tower, 43th floor, room B-417.

My position paper sets out a clear and compelling vision of the direction in which our Coalition of the Willing should be heading as of now.

We stand at a crossroad. We are about to make full use of the communication power the project H2O was deemed to give to our activities.  We can almost ready to convey
forcefully to the general public how we understand the challenges of
the future and, more crucially, to convince them to adopt our solutions.  The utmost priority of my closest collaborator, Mariën de Orr, and her team, is  to
bring to fruition the grand project H2O that I have launched. She is committed to do so before our general assembly.

Hopefully, an agreement can then be reached between us to renew my Presidency of the Board along the lines of my proposal. Once agreed, the strategic objectives I defined in the Position Paper will offer a stable framework for our organisations to work together in pursuit of common targets and in playing fully our role in the win-win partnership I propose to you. I cannot see that you will oversee the opportunity to sign such a profit-rich agreement with me.
